Junda Medical traces its roots back 25 years to a small processing factory specializing in medical dressings. Through the continuous efforts and dedication of generations, the enterprise has gradually transformed from a manual workshop to large-scale production, and finally built its own modern production base.

On this basis, Junda Medical was officially established in 2018 as an integrated enterprise engaged in R&D, production and sales of medical consumables, focusing on the R&D and production of disposable medical consumables with the core goal of building a one-stop medical consumables supply system. 2020 marked a crucial turning point in the company's development: we ended the long-term OEM model, officially launched independent direct export business, and simultaneously promoted brand building and the upgrade of quality control monitoring system, achieving a strategic transformation from "OEM processing" to "independent brand going global".

Our core products cover multiple categories including medical bandages, gauze, tapes, cotton balls, etc. All products have passed multiple international authoritative certifications such as ISO13485 Medical Device Quality Management System Certification and CE Certification, and strictly comply with national medical consumables production standards. Since transforming to direct export, we have always adhered to the development philosophy of "establishing the enterprise with quality and prospering the enterprise with innovation". We have served medical institutions and customers in more than 80 countries worldwide, with the product coverage continuing to expand, winning wide recognition in domestic and overseas markets.

1999 (25 Years Ago) - Inception

Founded a small medical dressing processing factory, producing basic medical consumables such as bandages and gauze through OEM model, marking the starting point of the enterprise's development.

Junda Medical was officially registered and established, focusing on the R&D and production of basic medical consumables such as medical bandages and gauze, building a core production and R&D team, and transforming into an integrated enterprise of R&D, production and sales.

2020 - Capacity Upgrade

Expanded standardized production workshops and introduced 3 fully automatic medical consumables production lines, increasing annual production capacity to 50 million pieces to meet the rapidly growing market demand. Meanwhile, we ended the OEM model and launched independent direct export business.

8,000㎡ Class 100,000 clean production workshop, complying with medical consumables production environment standards, with full-process aseptic production. The workshop is equipped with constant temperature and humidity control system to ensure stable production environment.

Introduced 8 fully automatic production lines to realize full-process automation from raw material processing to finished product packaging, with stable and efficient production capacity. The daily output of a single production line can reach 150,000 pieces.

Established a professional quality inspection laboratory. Each batch of products undergoes 12 tests with 100% qualification rate. Equipped with high-precision testing equipment covering the whole process of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products testing.

20+ professional R&D personnel, including 5 senior engineers. Annual R&D investment accounts for 8% of revenue. Cooperated with multiple medical colleges and universities to continuously iterate and upgrade product performance.

Raw Material Inspection

Raw Material Inspection Process

Full-process Raw Material Quality Control

  • Supplier Access: Cooperate only with Grade A suppliers with medical device raw material production qualifications, and establish a supplier rating system
  • Inbound Inspection: Each batch of raw materials must pass 9 basic tests before warehousing, including component analysis, sterility, tensile strength, etc.
  • Process Sampling Inspection: Conduct secondary sampling inspection on raw materials before production to ensure no deterioration or contamination during storage
  • Sample Retention for Reference: All batches of raw materials are retained for 18 months to facilitate quality traceability

We have established a comprehensive raw material traceability system. Each batch of products can be traced back to the raw material supplier and production batch, ensuring controllable product source and reliable quality. For unqualified raw materials, we implement a "zero tolerance" policy, directly return them and suspend the cooperation qualification of the corresponding supplier.
